李长胜：博士，副教授，IEEE高级会员，OSA会员，SPIE会员1990年毕业于北京师范大学物理系，获学士学位；1997年毕业于华北电力大学电气工程系，获硕士学位；2000 ~ 2003，为日本文部省国费留学生，获群马大学电子信息工程专业博士学位。2003 ~ 2004，香港理工大学博士后研究员。
